This is a more in-depth workshop with regard to stress reduction, meeting Tuesdays from November 6-December 11. The first week will be an overview and introduction to stress management. The next four weeks will be a deep dive into what stress is, how it affects the body, and how to prevent it using multiple different techniques and practices.
